Board of Director's breach of fiduciary duty to the homeowners of Barrington Hills.
The board has failed to act in the best interests of the community, neglecting its responsibility to maintain transparency, financial accountability, and effective governance.
This failure is compounded by the
massive mismanagement, abuse of power, and lack of transparency
demonstrated by
Sharper Image Management Consultants, Inc., whose actions have jeopardized the financial and operational well-being of the community.
What We Can Do
This council is a direct response to the ongoing failures.
It serves as grassroots movement to restore transparency, accountability, and homeowner engagement in the governance of Barrington Hills. By organizing, advocating for responsible leadership, and demanding the removal of ineffective governance and management, the Barrington Hills Community Action Council aims to protect the long-term value, security, and well-being of our community.
